空运提单使用：

1、空运提单只是运输合同的证明，不是特权凭证上，不可以转让，在货运单的正面有“不可转让”（NOTNEGOTIABLE）字样。

2、空运提单可用于单一种类货物的运输，也可以用于不同种类货物的集合运输。

3、可用于单程货物运输，也可以用于联程货物运输。

4、一张航空运单可以用于一个托运人在同一时间、同一地点托运的由承运人运往同一目的站的同一收货人的一件或多件货物。

5、托运人对填开的货物说明和声明的正确性负责。由于货运单上所填的说明和声明不符合规定，或不完整、不正确，给承运人或其他人造成的损失，托运人应当承担赔偿的责任。

6、空运单的有效期：当货物运至目的地，收货人提取货物并在货运单交付联上签字认可后，货运单作为运输契约凭证的有效期即告结束。作为运输契约，其作为法律依据的有效期应延伸至运输停止后的两年内有效。

7、全套正本：空运单必须提交注明“托运人/发货人正本”的那一联，即使信用证要求全套正本空运单地，也只要提交托运人联即可。

8、货物发运后尚未提货前，如果托运人对承运人或代理人提出空运单更改，一般地，承运人应给予满足。

Air Waybill used:

1. An air waybill is a certificate of carriage, not a privilege, and is non-negotiable. On the front of the bill of lading is NOTNEGOTIABLE.

2. An air waybill can be used for the transport of a single type of goods or for the collective transport of different types of goods.

3. It can be used for one-way transportation of goods, or for connecting transportation of goods.

4. An air waybill may be used for one or more pieces of goods consigned by a shipper at the same time and place by the carrier to the same consignee at the same destination station.

5. The shipper shall be responsible for the correctness of the description and declaration of the opened goods. The shipper shall be liable for any loss caused to the carrier or any other person by the non-conformity or incomplete or incorrect statements made on the waybill.

6. Validity of the air waybill: when the goods arrive at the destination, the consignee picks up the goods and signs on the delivery sheet of the air waybill for approval, the validity of the air waybill as the proof of the transport contract will end. As a contract of carriage, its validity as a legal basis shall be extended for a period of two years after the cessation of carriage.

7. Full set of originals: a copy of the AIR waybill must be presented, marked "Shipper/Shipper's original", even if the credit requires full set of original copies of the air waybill.

8. If, after shipment, the cargo has not yet been picked up, the carrier shall generally satisfy the shipper if the carrier or agent requests a change in the waybill.
