产地证埃及大使馆认证（要什么资料）

认证所需提供资料：

A、产地证和出入境检验局出具的文件可以直接邮寄给我们，不需要提供其它资料

B、除产地证及商检局出具的文件外其它文件认证需要提供以下资料：

1、营业执照年检的复印件（需盖年检章）

2、对外贸易经营者备案表复印件一份

3、单位介绍信一份4、证明书申请表一份

5、签章声明备案表一份、需要认证文件的原件一份

如果是商业Invioceioce做商事证明书，还需要提供以下资料：

1、报关单复印件（报关单上需盖验讫章）

2、如果不能提供报关单复印件,您需要提供出口合同的复印件

3、需提供保函，保函内容需保证CI上金额和合同上金额一致！

Certificate of Origin Certified by Egyptian Embassy (What information do you need)

Information required for certification:

A. The certificate of origin and the documents issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection Bureau can be mailed directly to us without providing other information

B. In addition to the certificate of origin and the documents issued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau, the following information shall be provided for the certification of other documents:

1. Copy of annual inspection of business license (with annual inspection seal) 2. Copy of record form of foreign trade manager

3, a letter of introduction 4, a certificate application form

5. One copy of the record form of signature and seal declaration and one original copy of the certification documents required

If it is a commercial Invioceioce, the following information should be provided:

1. Copy of the Declaration (The declaration shall bear the inspection seal)

2. If you cannot provide a copy of the customs declaration form, you need to provide a copy of the export contract

3. Guarantee shall be provided, and the content of the guarantee shall guarantee that the amount on CI is the same as that on the contract!
