文件要求：

　　1、下列使馆要求所有认证文件一式两件：

菲律宾、泰国、委内瑞拉、乌兹别克斯坦、意大利、土耳其。其中一份供使馆留底（不收认证费）

　　2、下列使馆要求提供认证文件的复印件，复印件份数如下表：

埃及、也门、伊朗、韩国、印尼、老挝、巴基斯坦、埃塞俄比亚、卢旺达、安哥拉、莫桑比克、坦桑尼亚、印度以上国家提供一份复印件

刚果民主共和国提供二份复印件

阿联酋提供一份(产地证)复印件提供二份(CI)复印件

利比亚提供四份复印件

Document requirements:

1. The following embassies require all certification documents in duplicate:

Philippines, Thailand, Venezuela, Uzbekistan, Italy, Turkey. One copy will be retained by the embassy (no certification fee is charged)

2. The following embassies require copies of the certification documents. The number of copies is shown in the table below:

One copy is provided by Egypt, Yemen, Iran, South Korea, Indonesia, Laos, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Angola, Mozambique, Tanzania and India
