空运提单使用：

1、空运提单只是运输合同的证明，不是特权凭证上，不可以转让，在货运单的正面有“不可转让”（NOTNEGOTIABLE）字样。

Air Waybill used:

1. An air waybill is a certificate of carriage, not a privilege, and is non-negotiable. On the front of the bill of lading is NOTNEGOTIABLE.

2、空运提单可用于单一种类货物的运输，也可以用于不同种类货物的集合运输。

2. An air waybill can be used for the transport of a single type of goods or for the collective transport of different types of goods.

3、可用于单程货物运输，也可以用于联程货物运输。

3. It can be used for one-way transportation of goods, or for connecting transportation of goods.

4、一张航空运单可以用于一个托运人在同一时间、同一地点托运的由承运人运往同一目的站的同一收货人的一件或多件货物。

4. An air waybill may be used for one or more pieces of goods consigned by a shipper at the same time and place by the carrier to the same consignee at the same destination station.

5、托运人对填开的货物说明和声明的正确性负责。由于货运单上所填的说明和声明不符合规定，或不完整、不正确，给承运人或其他人造成的损失，托运人应当承担赔偿的责任。

5. The shipper shall be responsible for the correctness of the description and declaration of the opened goods. The shipper shall be liable for any loss caused to the carrier or any other person by the non-conformity or incomplete or incorrect statements made on the waybill.
