认证类型：

中国外交部和土耳其大使馆双认证

认证目的：

土耳其驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为土耳其当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。

土耳其大使馆认证文书包含：

1、商业文书：营业执照、授权书、商事证明等

2、民事文书：亲属、出生、结婚证、健康证、学历证书、职业资格证、驾驶证、学历证、未刑公证书、成绩单、婚姻证明。

土耳其大使馆认证需要注意事项：

1、需一式两份。

2、苏、浙、沪、晥地区出具的文书送驻上海领馆认证。

3、闽、桂、琼、粤地区出具的文书送驻广州领馆认证。

4、香港出具的文书送驻香港总领馆认证。

土耳其双认证时间：

外交部3个工作日，土耳其大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

Type of authentication:

The Chinese Foreign Ministry and the Turkish Embassy have two certifications

Purpose of certification:

The Turkish Embassy in China certifies the last signature and seal of the notary office or certification authority on the notarial document. The purpose of consular certification is that a notarial document issued by China can be recognized by the Turkish authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document.

The certification documents of the Turkish Embassy include:

1. Business documents: business license, letter of authorization, commercial certificate, etc

2. Civil documents: relatives, birth certificate, marriage certificate, health certificate, education certificate, professional qualification certificate, driving certificate, education certificate, notarial certificate, transcript, marriage certificate.

Notes for Turkish Embassy certification:

1. In duplicate.

2, jiangsu, zhejiang, Shanghai, 晥 region issued documents to send in Shanghai consulate authentication.

3. Documents issued by Fujian, Guangxi, Qiong and Guangdong should be sent to the Consulate in Guangzhou for authentication.

4. Documents issued by Hong Kong should be sent to the Consulate General in Hong Kong for authentication.

Turkish dual certification time:

3 working days for the Foreign Ministry, 10 working days for the Turkish Embassy (time is not fixed)
