领事馆加签,外交部盖章,大使馆认证代理；3-5天拿正本-；CO,CI,授权书等各类文件认证；

我公司计划将三类的医疗器械出口俄罗斯，但是俄方要求将质量体系证书，生产企业许可证及相关声明提交俄领事馆进行认证，而且都要英文版的。
