已经在外国的涉外公证/书，是否可以向我国驻外使领馆申办领事认证？

　　答：我国驻外使领馆不掌握国内公证处或其他出证机构的签字或印章备案，不便核实文书真伪，因此原则上不受理国内出具的公证/书或其他文书的认证申请。当事人应将文书送回国内，按正常程序补办认证处或外交部委托的地方外办的领事认证和文书使用国驻华使领馆的认证手续。

Can we apply for consular certification of a notarization/document in a foreign country to our embassies or consulates abroad?

A: The Chinese embassies and consulates abroad do not have the signature or seal of the domestic notary office or other certifying organizations for the record, so it is inconvenient to verify the authenticity of the document. Therefore, in principle, we do not accept the application for the certification of domestic notarization/document or other documents. The parties shall send the documents back to China, and follow normal procedures to apply for consular authentication from the certification office or the local foreign office entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and use the authentication procedures of the Chinese diplomatic missions in China for the documents.

一些使馆认证的个别要求：

*巴基斯坦使馆涉及金额的商业文件不予认证；

*哥伦比亚使馆要求授权书必须和营业执照一起认证；

*科威特使馆要求Invoice必须与产地证及白色产地证一起认证
