如何申请办-理使使馆加签

1．提交需经贸促会加签的全套资料（全部的使馆加签必须先经贸促会加签）；

2．提交《领事加签申办表》（1）和《领事加签申办表》（2）各一份正本；

3．提交需加签的文件及其复印件二份。

4、部分有特殊规定的使使馆按其特殊规定办-理；

Foreign commercial documents mainly include:

1. Commercial INV (limited to L/C exchange settlement and Invoice without any "commitment and restriction" provisions);

2. Weight sheet;

3. Packing list;

4. Bill of lading;

5. All kinds of transportation certificates (such as ship certificate);

6. Insurance policy;

7. Other documents or bills for the settlement of foreign exchange;

How to apply for an embassy endorsement

1. Submit the complete set of documents to be endorsed by CCPIT (all embassy endorsement must be endorsed by CCPIT first);

2. Submit one original of consular Endorsement Application Form (1) and consular endorsement Application Form (2);

3. Submit the signed documents and two copies thereof.

4. Make the embassy act in accordance with its special regulations if there are some special regulations;
