一般原产地证明书。

是证明有关出口货物的原产地为我国的证明文件，即证明有关出口货物是我国天然产品或是在我国经过了主要的和最后的制造加工工序的产品，且该制造加工工序所使用的主要原料的外形、性质、形态或用途产生了实质性的改变。

此种产地证根据签发者的不同，又分为：

（1）出口商自己出具的产地证。

（2）海关签发的产地证明书。

（3）中国国际贸易促进委员会（即中国商会）出具的产地证。

（4）厂商自己出具的产地证。

由谁出具一般原产地证要根据买卖合同或信用证要求办理。
