办-理个人基本资料认证：

1、 申请人的出生证明、未受刑事处分证明、婚姻状况证明（离异者除未再婚证明外，还须提供离婚协议书公证或法院离婚判决书公证）须在本人所在地的公证处公证；

2、 申请人持上述公证/书到外交部申请认证后持公证/书及其复印件亲自到印尼驻华使馆申请认证。
