In order to better understand, comply with and implement in practice, this paper compares their viewpoints, attributes of confirmation, lack of tools and application limitations, and analyzes the synonym of "authentication" in consular authentication and authentication recognition.

　　一、观点之差别

　　领事认证，从广义上讲，是指一国的交际、领事机构及其授权机构在公证尺简或其余证实尺简上，确认公证机构、响应机构或认证机构的末了一个署名大概图章属实的举止，也称为“交际认证”。领事认证或交际认证的目标是，使一国尺简可以或许在另一国境内发生效率，从而激动国度间民商事的交换与同盟。

I. Differences in viewpoints

Consular certification, in a broad sense, refers to a country's communication, consular agencies and their authorized agencies in the notarial or other verification of the draft, confirm the notarization, response agencies or certification agencies of the last signature is probably true behavior, also known as "communication certification".
