英属维尔京BVI公司报告停止日期。

BVI实体的经济本色报告的停止日期以下：

今年年1月1日以前设立的实体：第一个财政时代於2020年6月29日收场，报告的期限為该财政时代收场后的6个月。

今年年1月1日或以后设立的实体：第一个财政时代自註册建立之日起一年收场，报告的期限為该财政时代收场后的6个月。

公司应在报告期限前一个月提交经济本色报告，以确保充足时间举行处分。

请留意，除非实体已在2016年1月1日以前被革职，不然现行功令并未宽免被革职的实体提交经济本色报告。

Reminder for Economic Substance Reporting (BVI)

Please be reminded that the deadlines for Economic Substance reporting for BVI entities are as follows:

For entities incorporated or formed before 1 Jan 今年: The first Financial Period ended on 29 June 2020 and the deadline for the reporting is 6 months after the end of the Financial Period. 

For entities incorporated or formed on or after 1 Jan 今年: The first Financial Period ended one year from the date of incorporation and the deadline for the reporting is 6 months after the end of the Financial Period.

Companies should submit Economic Substance reports  one month prior to the deadline to allow time for processing.
