委托书科威特使馆认证和科威特驻华领事认证

近日，科威特驻华领事认证情况有变化，具体变化情况见红色标记部分。

1、科威特籍公民办理双认证，需提交护照复印件及在华签证页复印件。（此信息2019年4月17日发布） 

2、蓝色产地证、白色产地证、发票可单独申请办理认证。（此信息2019年4月17日发布）

 3、学历应办理非实体公证。

 4、科威特驻广州、上海、香港总领馆认证业务自2020年1月27日起转由科威特驻华使馆（北京）办理，截止日期另行通知。（此信息2020年4月8日发布） 

5、香港出具文书送驻香港领事馆认证。

Recently, there has been a change in the status of Kuwait's consular certification in China. The specific changes can be seen in the part marked in red.

1. Kuwaiti citizens shall submit the copy of passport and the copy of visa page in China for dual authentication. (This information will be released on April 17, 2019)

2. Blue certificate of origin, white Certificate of origin and invoice can be separately applied for certification. (This information will be released on April 17, 2019)

3. Diploma shall be notarized by non-entity.

4. The accreditation service of the Kuwaiti Consulates General in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Hong Kong will be transferred to the Kuwaiti Embassy in Beijing on January 27, 2020, and the deadline will be further notified. (This information will be released on April 8, 2020)

5. Documents issued by Hong Kong and sent to the Consulate in Hong Kong for authentication.
