The authentication of The Kazakh Embassy in China generally takes about 30 days.

1、需1份复印件，加收1元复印费。 

2、公证书中涉及当事人的姓名后须加注护照号码，并需在公证书末页后附该当事人的护照复印件，并与公证书装订在一起。 

3、未婚公证书或未刑公证书，应由当地民政部门或公安部门出具当事人在当地无婚姻登记记录或未受刑事处分证明，再办理公证。哈方不接受未婚或未刑的实体公证及无配偶声明书的签字属实公证。另，哈方不接受护照复印件公证。

 4、需哈萨克语或俄语译文。 

5、哈方要求公证书包含所证文件译文与原文相符公证及证词译文与证词相符公证。 

6、哈萨克文译文参考格式：毕业证书、无犯罪记录、中国税收居民身份证明。

 7、开馆时间为每周一、二、四、五 

8、自2017年7月6日起，毕业证书须提交《中国高等教育学历认证报告》和《中国中等教育学历认证报告》附：使馆提供报告式样

 9、2017年12月16日起，文件（姓名和名称）翻译成哈语或俄语时，需使用汉语拼音或汉语西里尔字母转写系统。附：转写系统 10、凡涉及学历认证的公证书，须附《学信网》打印的带有二维码的证明。不接受拍照、截屏等方式（此信息2019年9月23日发布）。
