甚么文件需要解决领事认证？

我国百姓要去国际借鉴、工作、栖身，或是在国内解决出国签证时，平时需要应用某些国内公证处出具的涉外公证书，如出身公证、未伏法事处置公证、授权拜托书公证、条约公证等等。这些公证书在送国际应用前大约需要解决领事认证；企业因境外经贸举止需要，常需向贸促会请求原产地证、发票、装箱单等，或向收支境检测检疫机构请求原产地证明、动植物出口检疫证明书等,上述尺简在发往国际应用前，大约需解决领事认证。 　　

What documents need to be addressed for consular certification?

When Chinese people want to go abroad for reference, work or stay, or solve the problem of going abroad visa in China, they need to apply the foreign notarial certificate issued by some domestic notary office, such as the notarization of birth, the notarial deed of non-enacting the law, the notarization of authorized letter of request, the notarial deed of treaty and so on. These notarial certificates require approximately consular certification before they can be sent to international applications; Enterprises need to apply for certificates of origin, invoices, packing lists, etc., from CCPIT, or for certificates of origin, animal and plant export quarantine certificates, etc., due to their overseas economic and trade behaviors. The above size slips need to be certified by consulates before they can be sent to international applications

平时百姓片面或企业出国解决事件或举行企业举止，番邦驻华使领馆或该国的相关部分会向本家儿提出尺简领事认证请求。如果对方请求您解决领事认证，辣么您该当按对方的请求筹办响应的尺简。

甚么尺简不能够解决领事认证？ 

请求领事认证的尺简有下列景遇之一的，领事认证机构不予解决：（一）尺简的印鉴、署名不属实的；（二）尺简的印鉴、署名未举行存案，大约与存案不合乎的；（三）尺简的印鉴、署名、装订、时效等不合乎出文机构、用文机构划定和请求的；（四）大约妨碍中国国度长处和社会大众长处的；（五）领事认证机构觉得不应解决的其余景遇。

What can't solve consular authentication?

(1) the seal and signature of the ruler sheet are not authentic; (2) the seal and signature of the ruler sheet have not been deposited, which is approximately inconsistent with the deposit; (3) the seal, signature, binding or timeliness of the ruler sheet does not conform to the requirements of the institution that produces or USES the document; (4) about those which hinder the strengths of China's state and of the general public; (v) other cases that the consular certification body feels should not be resolved.
