发票要阿联酋HK大使认证香港的文书如何办理领事认证？

香港特区发往《取消外国公文认证要求的公约》成员国使用的文书，无需办理认证，由香港特区高等法院确认并签发上述公约规定的“附加证明书”，即可在上述国家使用。香港特区发往英联邦国家使用的文书免办领事认证，由香港高等法院确认公证人的签字属实即可。香港特区发往非《取消外国公文认证要求的公约》成员国使用的文书，由香港国际公证人公证后送文书使用国驻港领事机构办理认证。如文书使用国在港无领事机构，由香港特区高等法院和中国外交部驻港公署办理认证后，通过中国外交部领事司向该国驻华使馆申办认证。

Instruments issued by the HKSAR to countries members of the CONVENTION on the Abolition of Certification Requirements for Foreign Official Documents may be used in the said countries without the need for certification and have been confirmed and issued by the High Court of the HKSAR with the "additional certificate" required by the Convention. Instruments sent from the HKSAR to Commonwealth countries are exempt from consular certification and only after the High Court of Hong Kong confirms that the notary's signature is true. Documents sent by the HKSAR to countries not members of the Convention on the Abolition of certification Requirements for Foreign official Documents shall be notarized by an international notary in Hong Kong and certified by the consular office of the country in which the document is sent. If the country using the document does not have a consular office in Hong Kong, the High Court of the HKSAR and the Office of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong shall apply for the certification to the country's embassy in China through the Department of Consular Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

公证第三十三式与第三十五式的区别？

第三十三式公证书格式适用于证明法定机构或者职权机构依法颁发的证书原件属实，复印件与原件相符。第三十五式公证书格式公证事项：表述为“副本与原本相符”“译本与原本相符”“复印件与原件相符”或者“节本与原本相符”，注意事项：使用该格式(第三十五式)对“复印件与原件相符”作出公证的，不能在证明结论中增加“原件属实”的内容。
