香港离岸公司商业发票做商会认证时只需要提供发票正本+商业登记证复印件等材料，首先需要将发票送往香港总商会做认证，然后再将认证好的文件送回大陆贸促会进行认证。备注：香港离岸公司发票做商会认证时，有些客户只要求做香港总商会认证即可，有些客户则要求香港总商会和大陆贸促会同时认证，这点建议与国外客户确认清楚。
