埃塞俄比亚大使馆认证

认证目的：埃塞俄比亚大使馆在公证文书上认证盖章,证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理埃塞俄比亚认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为埃塞俄比亚当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。

埃塞俄比亚认证时间：

民事文书：外交部3个工作日，埃塞俄比亚大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

商业文书：外交部3个工作日，埃塞俄比亚大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

埃塞俄比亚认证办理流程：

1.首先在户籍当地公证处办理好公证书。

2.将带公证处公证员签字的公证书,送至外交部领事司认证处,由领事司对公证处的印章及签字进行认证,并且外交部领事司授权人在认证的文件上签字。(备注:如果文件不需要送至使馆认证的话,到此步骤就认证结束的话,称为外交部单认证。如果需要双认证，在办理外交部认证时表明需要进行双认证即可。

Ethiopian Embassy Certification

Purpose of certification: The Ethiopian Embassy shall certify and stamp on the notarial document to certify that the last signature and stamp of the notary or certification authority are true. The purpose of Ethiopian certification is that the notarial document issued by China can be recognized by the Ethiopian authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document.

Ethiopia Certification Time:

Civil documents: 3 working days for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 10 working days for the Ethiopian Embassy (time is not fixed)

Business documents: 3 working days for the Foreign Ministry, 10 working days for the Ethiopian Embassy (time is not fixed)

Ethiopia certification process:

1. First, apply for the notarial certificate at the local notary office.

2. The notary certificate with the notary's signature shall be sent to the Certification Office of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The consular Department shall certify the seal and signature of the notary Office, and the authorized person of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall sign on the certified document. (Note: If the document does not need to be sent to the embassy for authentication, then this step is the end of the authentication, called the ministry of Foreign Affairs single authentication. If double authentication is required, it can be indicated when applying for the ministry of Foreign Affairs.
