认证目的：

西班牙驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为西班牙当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。

认证机构：

外交部、西班牙大使馆

西班牙大使馆认证需要注意事项：

1、苏、浙、沪、皖、赣地区出具的文书送驻上海总领馆认证。

2、闽、粤、琼、桂、云、贵、湘地区出具的文书送驻广州总领馆认证。

3、需西文或英文译文。

西班牙认证时间：

民事文书：外交部3个工作日，西班牙大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

商业文书：外交部3个工作日，西班牙大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

Type of authentication:

The Chinese Foreign Ministry and the Spanish Embassy have two certifications

Purpose of certification:

The Spanish Embassy in China certifies the last signature and seal of the notary or certification authority on the notarial document. The purpose of consular certification is that a notarial document issued by China can be recognized by the Spanish authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document.

The Foreign Ministry, the Spanish Embassy

Notes for Spanish Embassy certification:

1. Documents issued by Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces should be sent to the Consulate-General in Shanghai for authentication.

2. Documents issued by Fujian, Guangdong, Qiong, GUI, Yun, GUI and Xiang should be sent to the Consulate General in Guangzhou for authentication.

3. Spanish or English translation is required.

Spanish certification time:

Civil documents: 3 working days for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 10 working days for the Spanish Embassy (time is not fixed)

Business documents: 3 working days for the Foreign Ministry, 10 working days for the Spanish Embassy (time is not fixed)
