认证目的：Purpose of certification:

马来西亚驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为马来西亚当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。

The Malaysian Embassy in China certifies the last signature and seal of the notary office or certification authority on the notarial document. The purpose of consular certification is that a notarial document issued by China can be recognized by the Malaysian authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document.

马来西亚大使馆认证文书包含：

1、商业文书

2、民事文书：出生证明、结婚证、健康证、学历、驾驶证、未刑、成绩单、未婚及离婚证明。

马来西亚大使馆认证需要注意事项：

1、苏、浙、沪、皖地区出具的文书送驻上海总领馆认证

马来西亚认证时间：

民事文书：外交部3个工作日，马来西亚大使馆7个工作日（时间不固定）

商业文书：外交部3个工作日，马来西亚大使馆7个工作日（时间不固定）
