办理大使馆认证的营业执照文书,需要先经过官方机构的认证，第一步就是去贸促会把营业执照做成国际商事证明书，然后提交驻华使领馆认证所要求的文件复印件及其它相关材料办理使馆认证。以下是营业执照办理使馆认证流程：准备营业执照复印件，找有资质的翻译公司把营业执照翻译成英文，然后翻译件上盖翻译章，并且在营业执照复印件和翻译件上盖上翻译公司的骑缝章。

对于外贸企业来说，领事认证极其重要。中国是进出口贸易大国，有些小企业好不容易和外商谈成一笔买卖，及时地生产发货，等货物到了国外的港口，却因为事先不知道要为货物的原产地证明办理领事认证而无法卸货清关，从而产生大量滞港费，来之不易的买卖就这样赔了钱。除了外贸，在进行大型工程、项目的招标活动时，投标企业一般会被要求出具公司资质证明、有关商业合同、营业执照等文件，毋庸置疑，这些文件也都是需要经过领事认证的。
