申请贸促会的原产地证CO

已注册的企业（或公司）在办理新产品注册时，须提前十天按要求填写申请表和《含进口成份明细单》，异地货源的须附《异地调查结果单》。

Ii. New Product Registration:

三、申请原产地证：

申请单位应于货物装运前5天通过电子申报方式申请办理原产地证。办理普惠制（或一般）原产地证签证时，必须提交产地证申请书、正式出口商业发票的副本以及其它必要的证件。含进口成分的商品，须提交《含进口成分产品成本明细单》。

Iii. Application for Certificate of Origin

Applicants should apply for certificate of Origin through electronic declaration 5 days before shipment. When applying for GSP (or general) certificate of origin, the application for certificate of origin, a copy of the official export commercial invoice and other necessary documents must be submitted. 四、签发原产地证：

申报无误的，普惠制证书一个半工作日签发，一般原产地证书一个工作日签发。需要到申请单位或工厂进行调查的，不受工作日时间限制。

Iv. Issuance of Certificate of Origin:

If the declaration is correct, the GSP certificate shall be issued within one and a half working days, while the certificate of origin shall be issued within one working day. If it is necessary to go to the applicant organization or the factory for investigation, there is no limitation on working days.

五、注意事项：

1、申请单位的证书手签人员应是该单位的法人代表或由法人代表指定的人员。该人员须经我局培训后，经考试合格方能在证书上签字。

2、产地证企业申领人员，须经培训取得《产地证申领员证》方可申请和领取产地证。

3、申请单位和人员应据实申报出口产品的原材料情况，积极配合做好下厂调查工作。申请重发、后发以及更改证书须按规定办理，不得伪造，变造证书，不得擅自涂改，加添证书内容。否则视情节轻重依法处理。

V. Matters needing Attention

2. Application personnel of certificate of Origin enterprises shall be trained to obtain the Certificate of Origin Applicant before applying for and obtaining the Certificate of Origin.

3. The applicant should declare the raw materials of the exported products according to the facts, and actively cooperate with the factory investigation. The application for re-issuance, re-issuance or alteration of a certificate shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions. The certificate shall not be forged, altered or altered without authorization. Otherwise, the case will be handled according to law.
