RIPT：中文为重复全封闭型皮肤斑贴试验，是目前最为严格的研究使用产品或原料后不会产生潜在的刺激或过敏，使用九组诱发斑贴，一段时间的休息之后紧接着是一组激发测试。

志愿者筛选：根据研发人员的意见，测试者需没有任何系统性疾病或者皮肤病史，否则将会妨碍试验结果或者增加身体产生不良反应的风险，如果皮肤色泽适宜进行红斑实验观察的话，任何皮肤性质和任何人种均可参与，最终筛选出53人的研究样本。Volunteer screening: according to the opinion of the research and development personnel, testers need not any systemic disease or skin disease, otherwise it will interfere with the test results or increased the risk of adverse reactions to body, if the skin colour and lustre is suitable for lupus experimental observation, any nature and any kind of skin, finally select 53 people study sample.
