危包证理论上是那些有在商检注册过的包装产品公司提供的包装，然后再有工厂包装好以后去申办的。出口真正要用到就是危包使用证。

危包证全称《出入境货物包装性能检验结果单》，简称“危包证”。“危包证”用于危险品出口专用纸箱，

主要用于国家规定出口要申请危险品包装的产品。

危包证分为两个，一个是性能证，全称是危险货物运输包装性能鉴定结果单，这个是证是包装厂提供给出口商的。

另一个是使用证，全称是出境危险货物运输包装使用鉴定结果单。危包证是要有了包装性能单才能去商检局做了商检之后再换包装使用单，

这个使用单就是危包证。
