　　大家都知道，所谓的倒签提单是指实际的装运日期比提单签发的日期晚，这也是国际贸易比较常见的现象。倒签提单行为的出现，就意味着其风险的出现——伪造单据的行为出现，属于托运人与船公司合谋以欺骗收货人的欺诈行为。收货人一旦有证据证明提单的装运日期是伪造的，就有权拒绝接受单据各拒收货物。收货方不仅可以追究卖方(托运方)的法律责任，而且还可以追究船公司的责任。
