现在客户需要我们办理土耳其出口商登记表，问了一下这个是要贸促会认证，然后再到大使馆认证。问了广州的贸促会，说需要营业执照，税务登记表，对外贸易经营者备案表副本才可以办理，但是我们没有对外贸易经营者备案表啊，所以自己办不了。
