使馆认证的注意事项

Notes for embassy certification

1、申请人递交文书须真实、合法。

1. The instrument should be authentic and legal.

 2、申请认证的文书须保证文书外观整洁、完整。

2. The instrument applying for certification shall be clean and complete in appearance.

 3、申请认证的文书上的印章、签字须清晰完整，保证真实有效。

3. The seal and signature on the instrument applying for certification shall be clear and complete, and shall be authentic and valid.

 4、送驻外使领馆认证的文书，领事官员将进行审核。如发现任何问题，如程序不完整、格式不规范、含不合法内容、文件有模糊、涂改、拆换等，该文书的认证申请将退回，不予受理。4. Send certified documents to overseas embassies and consulates, and the consular officer will review them. If any problems are found, such as incomplete procedures, irregular formats, illegal contents, blurred, altered, dismantled or replaced documents, the application for certification of the instrument will be returned and will not be accepted.

 5、根据使领馆规定要求，领事官员可以要求申请人提供与认证事项相关的其他材料
