　　FCR是指货运代理人收讫货物证明，是 FOB 条款运给代理人推荐使用的一种单据。

　　FCR是指将货物交予收货人，即货运代理人承诺按照FCR记载的运输要求运送货物至目的地时，在运送过程中，其签发的FCR应视为运输 单证 ，此外FCR是承运人收据，不是物权凭证， 提单 是作为物权凭证。

FCR refers to the delivery of the goods to the consignee, that is, when the freight forwarder undertakes to deliver the goods to the destination in accordance with the transport requirements recorded in FCR, the FCR issued by the freight forwarder shall be regarded as the transport document in the process of delivery.
