　　（一）不同国家对送往该国使用的涉外公证/书、相关证明或单据有不同要求，当您在向涉外公证处提出办-理公证/书的申请时，应先明确告知文书拟送往使用的国家、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便公证机构准确出证。

　　（二）各个国家对各种公证/书的时效有不同的规定，如意大利要求结婚公证/书有效期为3个月，阿根廷要求未刑公证/书2个月有效，奥地利要求未刑公证/书1个月有效，等等。鉴此，请您根据有关要求和需要及时办-理领事认证，并在办-理后尽快使用。

(I) Different countries have different requirements for the foreign notarization/letter, relevant certificates or documents sent to that country for use. When you apply to the foreign notary office for notarization/letter, you should first clearly inform the country where the document is to be sent for use, the purpose of use and other relevant information, so that the notary office can issue the certificate accurately.

(ii) Different countries have different stipulations on the validity of various notaries/documents. For example, Italy requires marriage notarization/documents to be valid for 3 months, Argentina requires marriage notarization/documents to be valid without penalty for 2 months, Austria requires marriage notarization/documents to be valid without penalty for 1 month, etc. In view of this, please handle consular certification in time according to relevant requirements and needs, and use it as soon as possible after handling consular certification.
