同一货物的票据一正三副，是否都需要双认证？

　　同一货物的票据的副本是否需要办-理领事双认证，是由文书使用国决定的。如文书使用国要求对有关票据的副本办-理领事双认证，则应按对方的要求办-理。在办-理领事双认证前，有关票据的副本上也应加盖出证机*关的印章。

It is up to the country using the instrument to decide whether or not a copy of the instrument for the same good s needs to be certified by both the consul and the consul. If the country using the instrument requires certification of copies of the instrument, it shall do so according to the other party's requirements. The copy of the instrument should also be stamped with the seal of the issuing machine before the certification.

通常双认证的资料有：产地证、 商业INV、装箱单、合同、报关单、营业执照、提单、等各类商业文件送各国大使馆双认证。

涉外商业类：产地证，商业Invioceioce、装箱单、代理协议、授权书、价格单、委托信、合同、报关单、营业执照、商检局出具的(卫生许*可*证证明/装运前检验证/书/健康证/分析证等)、检测公司出具的SGS、CE、ISO检测报告，自由销售证/书等等各类商业文件送各国大使馆双认证。

涉外民事类：学历公证/书、未婚公证/书、出生公证/书、未刑公证/书、成绩单等各类留学文件、各类出国文件送各国大使馆双认证。
