什么时候需要办-理领事认证？

B、除产地证及商检局出具的文件外其它文件认证需要提供以下资料：

1、营业执照年检的复印件（需盖年检章）

2、对外贸易经营者备案表复印件一份

3、单位介绍信一份

4、证明书申请表一份

5、签章声明备案表一份

6、需要认证文件的原件一份

如果是商业Invioceioce做商事证明书，还需要提供以下资料：

1、报关单复印件（报关单上需盖验讫章）

2、如果不能提供报关单复印件,您需要提供出口合同的复印件

3、需提供保函，保函内容需保证CI上金额和合同上金额一致！
