文件需西文翻译的领馆：玻利维亚、多米尼加、哥伦比亚、哥斯达黎加、委内瑞拉、乌拉圭、西班牙，等；（我司提供英文、西文、俄文等翻译服务）

企业文件可自行翻译并签章，官/方或其他组织机构的文件，需翻译公司翻译，并应提供翻译公司的营业执照副本复印件。

委内瑞拉、乌拉圭、西班牙为上海领馆办-理，贸促会不提供翻译服务；其他在北京领馆签章的，贸促会可代为翻译，但要另收费，并延长办-理时间；

* 企业只做纯西文的文件签章的，需提供一份中文翻译件作为佐证材料。
