其实不是的，CE认证并非是一次性的认证，同一个产品，申请了CE认证后可以无限制出口。

但是一般CE证书的有效期是3-5年，如果有指令和标准更新，那就需要重新申请了。

如果您不明白是怎么回事的话，这样举个例子来说吧!
1.产品做的是机械指令，若指令更新，需重新申请;
2.标准是EN标准。若标准版本号更新，也需重新申请;
3.假如证书颁发日期是∶2018.12.18，截止日期即失效日期是2023.12.17，一般有效期是5 年。若证书失效，需重新申请;
