第一步：SGS/ISO质量体系证明要求的公证书或其他证明文书。
第二步：办理外交部或其委托的地方外办的领事认证。
第三步：办理外国驻华泰国使领馆的领事认证。
质量体系认证是指第三方(社会上的认证机构，SGS 等)对供方的质量体系进行审核、评定和注册活动，其目的在于通过审核、评定和事后监督来证明供方的质量体系符合某种质量保证标准，对供方的质量保证能力给予独立的证实。
