GMP签使馆认证的步骤:
第一步使馆认证的步骤先做公证书或其他证明文书。
第二步：办理外交部或其委托的地方外办的领事认证。
第三步：办理外国驻华泰国使领馆的领事认证。
GMP的三要素：
1）具有训练有素的人员
2）良好的厂房，设施和设备
3）确实可行的质量保证系统

项目流程：
1）初步调研，了解企业现状，收集企业资料进行前期咨询辅导，
2）建立体系文件，进行框架搭建；
3）体系调研、诊断；
4）体系试运行检查；’
5）审核机构安排审核人员依据化妆品GMP法规要求进行现场审核；
6）不符合项整改。
