发票认证|发票使馆认证
Invoice certification | invoice embassy certification
发票认证，即对发票办理使用国的使馆认证。
Invoice certification, that is, the certification of the embassy of the invoice processing and use country.
办理发票认证时分以下两种情况：
（一）如果发票在当地贸促会加盖过章时；
When handling invoice certification, there are the following two situations:
(I) if the invoice has been stamped by the local council for the Promotion of Trade;
需要资料有：
1、公司介绍信（点击下载介绍信样本）
2、发票原件
The required information includes:
1. Letter of introduction (click to download sample letter of introduction)
2. Original invoice
（二）如果在当地贸促会没加盖贸促会章，则需在贸促总会做成证明书的形式；
需提供以下资料：
1、营业执照副本复印件（最新年检）
2、公司介绍信（点击下载介绍信样本）
3、发票原件
4、报关单复印件或预录单复印件
(2) If the local council for the Promotion of International Trade does not have its seal affixed, it shall make a certificate in the council for the Promotion of International Trade;
The following information is required:
1. Copy of business license (latest annual inspection)
2. Letter of introduction (click to download sample letter of introduction)
3. Original invoice
4. Copy of customs declaration or pre-record
注意：1、发票金额、公司名称必须与报关单或预录单一致。
2、有些国家发票只认证单据形式。
Note: 1. The invoice amount and company name must be consistent with the customs declaration form or pre-record form.
2. Some national invoices are only certified in document form.
