Embassy certification procedures
大使馆加签认证,简称领事认证( LEGALIZATION BY EMBASSY OR CONSULATE )，又称
“外交认证”。是指一国外交、领事机构及其授权机构在公证文书或其他证明文书上,确认公证机构、相应机关或者认证机构的最后一个签字或者印章 属实的活动。
EMBASSY accreditation, referred to as consular certification (LEGALIZATION BY EMBASSY OR CONSULATE), also known as
"Diplomatic certification." It refers to the activity of the diplomatic and consular organs of a country and their authorized organs confirming the authenticity of the last signature or seal of the notarial organs, corresponding organs or certification bodies on notarial documents or other certification documents.
领事认证的受理范围
( 1 )用于通关结汇的各类商业单证,如:原产地证、商业发票、装箱单、提单、商检证、
屠宰证、船证明、保险单等;
The scope of acceptance of consular certification
(1) All kinds of commercial documents used for customs clearance and settlement of foreign exchange, such as certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, inspection certificate,
Slaughtering certificate, ship certificate, insurance policy, etc.
( 2 )用于涉外商贸活动的各类证明文件,如:合同、报关单、授权书、代理协议、营业执.
照、资信证明、投标文件等

( 3 )其它与涉外商贸活动相关需办理领事认证的文件
一般原产地证明书认证、供认处出具的证明书只需要填写《领事认证申办表》。其它的则需
要《领事认证申办表》 《证明书申请表》《申明》(需要法人代表签名并盖公章、中英文章)
《营业执照副本复印件》《保函》 需要认证的文件一式两份。
