ISO 9001认证注意事项:
1、切忌与审核员起冲突,可强加辩解,明显的错误应该谦虚地接受并改正; .
2、审核时尽可能提供之前-一个月的记录,并准备三个月以内的记录以便追踪时审核;
3、各部门不合格品、废品应在认证前全部清理,留在现场的只能是当时的,不合格品的处
理应有记录,可追溯形成闭环;
4、涂改过多的记录(多于三处以上)的应予撤换,写;
5、多做不一定是好事,多做部分应予说明;
6、欠缺部分应以作业指导书的方式规定,并随时补充;
7、对审核中发现的问题,通常以"培训”和“不符合项报告”的方式处理,以点带面,而
非只局部处理被发现的其中一个问题。
ISO 9001 certification notes:
