1、必须把需要做双认证的文件做成涉外公证书。
2、然后拿着公证书原件及其它材料去做双认证。（每个国家要求不同）因外交部认证不接受个人，所以必须通过代办机构来办理双认证事宜。
3、通过代办递交公证书到中国外交部，外交部审核并认证。
4、外交部认证完公证书递交x驻华大使馆认证；x驻华大使馆审核并认证。
