涉外公证书必须办理领事认证吗?
一般情况下，我国内出具的涉外公证书在送往国外使用前，应按有关规定办理领事认证。
目前，加拿大、日本等少数国`家对我国文书免除领事认证。美国、法国等国免除我国部分种类文书的领事认证。但如上述国`家的有关主管机关仍坚持要求文书办理领事认证的，则应按其要求办理领事认证。
Does a foreign notarial certificate have to undergo consular authentication?
Under normal circumstances, the notarial certificate issued by China for foreign affairs should go through consular authentication according to relevant regulations before being sent abroad for use.
Currently, a few countries, such as Canada and Japan, exempt Korean documents from consular certification. The United States, France and other countries exempt certain types of Korean documents from consular certification. However, if the competent authorities of the above-mentioned states still insist on consular certification of the documents, consular certification shall be carried out in accordance with their requirements.
