已经在外国的涉外公证书，是否可以向我国驻外使领馆申办领事认证？
我国驻外使领馆不掌握国内公证处或其他出证机构的签字或印章备案，不便核实文书真伪，因此原则上不受理国内出具的公证书或其他文书的认证申请。当事人应将文书送回国内，按正常程序补办认证处或外交部委托的地方外办的领事认证和文书使用国驻华使领馆的认证手续。
Can we apply for consular certification to our embassies and consulates abroad for notarization already in foreign countries?
China's embassies and consulates abroad do not have the signature or seal of the domestic notary office or other certificate-issuing institutions for record, which is inconvenient to verify the authenticity of documents. Therefore, in principle, the application for certification of notaries or other documents issued by China is not accepted. The parties concerned shall send the documents back to China and apply for the consular certification by the certification Office or the local foreign affairs office entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the certification by the diplomatic and consular missions of the country that uses the documents in China according to the normal procedures.
