领事认证会失效吗？
会。经领事认证的文书内容被更改、替换的，领事认证书无效。经领事认证的公证书或其他证明文书依法定程序确定有错误而进行更正的，原公证书或其他证明文书上的领事认证自动失效。经领事认证的公证书或其他证明文书依法定程序撤销的，领事认证书自该公证书或其他证明文书因撤销而失效之日起同时自动失效。
