尚未与我国建交的国`家，其领事认证如何办理？
目前可以参考以下三种办法：
⑴征得进口商同意，找第`三国的驻华使（领）馆代为认证；
⑵仅由外交部领事司对文件进行认证；
⑶与进口商协商，由贸促会出具证明，证明进口国目前在中国尚无使馆，为此要求给予免认单据文件的待遇。
Has not yet established diplomatic relations with our country, its consular certification how to handle?
At present, the following three methods can be referred to:
(1) With the consent of the importer, find the embassy (consulate) of the third country to China for authentication;
(2) Documents shall be certified only by the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
(3) After consultation with the importer, ccPIT shall issue a certificate certifying that the importing country does not have an embassy in China at present, for which the importer shall be granted the treatment of non-recognition of documents.
