领事认证的办理程序申请与审核：
我国出口企业在出口贸易业务中，根据进口国的规定或进口商的要求，需要对涉外商业单据文件办理领事认证时，出口企业可以委托贸促会代为办理。
Procedures for consular certification application and review:
When China's export enterprises need to carry out consular certification for foreign-related commercial documents according to the regulations of the importing country or the requirements of the importer, the export enterprises may entrust CCPIT to carry out consular certification for them.
委托代理时，申请单位应填写《领事认证申办表》，提交需要办理领事认证的单据文件。
单据文件应当具备以下条件：
——符合使领馆的规定要求（语言、份数、相关单据文件）；
——单据文件必须合法有效、真实可靠、正确无误；
——单据文件应当是正式制作的，根据需要可以是正本、副本、甚至是复印件（如报关单），但不能为手写。
——单据文件卷面整洁，文字、签字应当清晰；印章不清、模糊，盖倒、重复盖两个章的单据文件不受理。
The documents shall meet the following conditions:
-- In accordance with the requirements of the embassy or consulate (language, copies, relevant documents);
-- The documents must be legal, effective, true, reliable and correct;
The documents shall be duly made and may be originals, duplicates or even photocopies (e.g. customs declaration forms) if necessary, but not handwritten.
The roll of the documents shall be clean and the text and signature shall be clear; Documents with unclear or vague seals, inverted or double seals will not be accepted.
