提交需加签的各类单证一律用打字机缮制,手写无效。并要求做到清洁、完整、有效、凡修改处要盖申请单位校对章(每份单证使用校正章不得超过三处),提交时应注明各单证需加签的份数。
加签文件需要加手签的,应提供有效依据(如L/C等)。
所有单证加签须在贸促会留底一份,留底的可以是影印件。
所谓领事加签，是指由外国驻华使（领）馆对我国出口企业所提交的商业单据和文件加以加签，确认和证明单据文件上的较后一个签字、印章属实。在国际贸易中，对出口商的商业单据和文件以及其它机构的涉外文件由外交、领事机构加以加签，这已成为一种普遍的做法。通过领事加签证明出口商所提交的单据文件的印章及签字属实，从而向域外机构起一种证明和介绍作用，不致因进口国有关机构怀疑单据文件的真实性而影响该单据文件在域外的使用效力。
