       项目前期沟通

       前期沟通是项目立项的前提和资料输入来源，101设计和客户就设计方向、设计内容、设计风格等进行深入地探讨和沟通。俗话说：磨刀不误砍柴工，只有前期细致的工作才能保证日后项目的顺利运行。

       市场调查

       市场调查是产品日后能与市场相融合的必不可少的一环，101设计抱着从零开始的态度，认真地分析市场上成功与失败的案例，取长补短，做出既有新的创意又迎合市场的设计。

       产品策划

       产品分析，产品定位，产品决策，产品策划是产品实现产业化的核心。无法实现产业化的设计，纯粹废品。101设计一切基于可实现的产品设计，帮助客户降低风险，减少浪费，让客户的每一分投资都将效益最大化。

       概念设计

      此阶段工作的核心是创意，101设计将调查所得的信息资料进行分析总结，提出具有创新性的解决方案。提出概念，创意和设想，进行工作者环境，效率以及使用界面方面的调查，从而进一步完善改进创意

       外观设计

       101设计对创意的可行性加以论证，并通过优化，协调该产品在外观、颜色、细节、特性以及功能等方面的复杂关系，从而使该创意更具可操作性。然后完成外观模型以及概念设计原型的制作，最后运用三维辅助设计完成具体的设计工作，制做出样品。

       结构设计

       101结构设计就是通过3D软件设计好产品的内部结构，并确定零件的材质、表面状态、结构强度以及模具优化等等工作，并确定生产中所需的规格和技术，测算材料和制造成本，配合好手板厂进行下一步的生产工作。

      手板模型

      101设计拥有1500平米的手板模型验证工厂，能迅速有效的帮助客户验证实物效果是否和设计方案效果一致。
