我国对加工贸易实行的基本政策有哪些?

目前，我国对加工贸易实行的基本政策主要包括以下三项：一是对加工贸易进口料件实行保税政策，加工贸易项下进口料件免征关税和进口环节增值税;二是对加工贸易进口料件实行宽松的贸易政策，除极少数敏感商品外，对加工贸易进口料件不实行进口数量限制，即原则上不实行进口配额和许可证管理;三是除国家规定不予免税的少数进口商品外，对外商免费提供的加工贸易用进口设备，免征关税和进口环节增值税，并免予办理机电产品进口配额、许可证、登记或进口证明等手续。
