什么是名誉领事？中国是否实行名誉领事制度？

　　答：名誉领事，又称选任领事，通常是一国政府从接受国当地居民中选任的执行领事职务的兼职官员，可以是派遣国国民，也可以是接受国国民或第三国国民。新中国成立至今，未曾向外国委派过名誉领事。
