认证类型：中国外交部和乌克兰大使馆双认证

乌克兰认证目的：

乌克兰驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为乌克兰当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。

认证机构：外交部、乌克兰大使馆。

如果是办去乌克兰用的双认证的话，你先要在国内办好涉外公证书，有了公证书，就可以申办乌克兰双认证，如果使馆加急的情况下，一般需要15-20个工作日左右。

乌克兰认证注意事项：

乌克兰大使馆认证开通加急通道，正常使馆认证时间25-30个工作日左右。

使馆加急认证时间12个工作日左右，加急费用额外加700元。

乌克兰双认证时间：

普通：乌克兰大使馆30个工作日左右（不含使馆加急）。

加急：所谓加急是含使馆加急，通常为15-20个工作日左右
