菲律宾大使馆认证

认证目的：菲律宾大使馆在公证文书上盖章,证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理菲律宾认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为菲律宾当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。

Philippine Embassy Certification

Purpose of certification: The Philippine Embassy seals a notary document to certify that the last signature and seal of a notary or certification authority are true. The purpose of Philippine certification is to ensure that a notarial document issued by China can be recognized by the Philippine authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document.

认证类型：

中国外交部和菲律宾大使馆双认证

菲律宾认证时间：

民事文书：外交部3个工作日，挪威大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

商业文书：外交部3个工作日，挪威大使馆10个工作日（时间不固定）

菲律宾认证注意事项：

1、文书需一式两份（使馆收一份认证费）。

2、单据类文书均须做成公证书或证书形式。

Philippine Certification Time:

Civil documents: 3 working days for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 10 working days for the Norwegian Embassy (time is not fixed)

Business documents: 3 working days for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 10 working days for the Norwegian Embassy (time is not fixed)

Philippines Certification Notes:

1. The documents shall be in duplicate (the embassy will charge one certification fee).

2. Documents shall be in the form of notarial certificates or certificates.

认证办理流程：

1.首先在户籍当地公证处办理好公证书。

2.将带公证处公证员签字的公证书,送至外交部领事司认证处,由领事司对公证处的印章及签字进行认证,并且外交部领事司授权人在认证的文件上签字。(备注:如果文件不需要送至使馆认证的话,到此步骤就认证结束的话,称为外交部单认证。如果需要双认证，在办理外交部认证时表明需要进行双认证即可。

3.认证完成 返回公证书，上门领取或者快递返回均可。
